How do I manage my PRO subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → GymTree. From there you can change the plan, payment method, or cancel auto-renewal.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Open iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → GymTree → Cancel Subscription. You will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. All your personal data (programs, photos, AI conversations) will be deleted within 30 days. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription: remember to cancel it separately from Apple settings.
Can I request a refund?
Payments are managed entirely by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the GymTree transaction. Refund decisions are made by Apple according to its policies.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and encryption at rest in our databases. Health data is treated as a special category under Art. 9 GDPR. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Coach uses OpenAI models to generate personalized responses based on your program and goals. Responses are informational and do not replace the advice of a doctor or qualified professional.
Can the AI generate a workout program for me?
Yes. You can upload photos of an existing program to extract it automatically, or answer a few questions to have a new one designed by the AI. You can edit the generated program at any time.
Does the app work offline?
You can view your saved programs and log workouts offline. Syncing and AI features require an internet connection.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
